Lighting Up San Enrique

It was only last year when I got to have a chance to join the Light of Peace in the Philippines and that started the ball rolling. After that I told myself that I won't miss the next ones and that's exactly what I am doing right now - getting involved in another Light of Peace in the Philippines event. How different is this though from the previous ones?

Let's go back to the very first one. It was held in Miag-ao, Iloilo and it featured sky lanterns. The second one was the largest flaming image as proclaimed by the Guinness Book of World Records. The third one was much smaller but it was the first in the universities here in the Philippines. The first two were all about numbers. That is not the case though in the Light of Peace in San Enrique which will be done on August 29th.

It is not just about quantity. It is more of quality. It is about people who practice meditation. It will be a gathering of people who believe that attaining world peace  through inner peace is possible. It is about creating an Inner Peace Town.
